PENNSKIN™  C601 bitumen primer is a water-based product designed for one-step cleaning and  increase the viscosity surfaces prior to the application of STICKFLAT, and all other self-adhesived bitumen products.

3. Application:

The coating film formed by cold primer oil is relatively thin, generally not used as waterproof material alone, only as some waterproof materials supporting materials.
