   PENNFLEX PL: membrane backed with fleece, commonly used for green roof project.
   PENNFLEX PH: homogeneous membrane with twin color, commonly used for foundation and tunnelproject.
   PENNFLEX PP: membrane reinforced with polyester, commonly used for all kinds of exposed roofproject.

Installation Instructions

    1. Suitable for roof waterproofing of industrial and civil buildings, including planted roofs, flat roofs, and sloping roofs;

    2. Tunnels, grain depots, civil air defense projects, garbage disposal, etc;

    3. Waterproofing of steel structure roofs, accessible roofs, and various parts of basements;

    4. Underground waterproofing of buildings: including waterproofing of reservoirs, embankments, water pools, and water channels;

    5. Artificial lakes, planted roofs, and tunnel waterproofing.

     1. The base must be clean, smooth and free of sharp objects to ensure acceptance.
     2. Construction process and fixation: Follow the process process, including base cleaning, laying insulation board, PVC membrane prelaying, fastener fixing, hot air welding and joint strengthening treatment.
     3. Use hot air welding technology to ensure that a continuous waterproof layer is formed at the joint, and the strength of the welding joint is higher than that of the membrane. For complex parts, special PVC fittings are used for construction.
     4. Protection and acceptance: the membrane is temporarily fixed before the end of construction to prevent wind displacement. Finally, the system check and repair, and organize acceptance to ensure the construction quality.
