PENNACCS™ PVC Anchor is a kind of combination with round PVC shhet and PP gray flange, and embeded into vault of tunnel for welding  together with PENNFLEX--PVC waterproof membrane on upper surface, to fix waterproof membrane.

Where to use it?

PENNACCS™ PVC Anchor is used in tunnel and subway work to fix PVC membrane with underground vault, especially designed as a support structure. 

How to store it?

• Store in boxes on horizontal position to prevent damage.
   

• Avoid sun-baked and rain
   

• Store in a clean dry location.
   

• Add cover as necessary to protect the component from environmental damage, heat, cold or moisture etc.
  
  
  How to install it: 
  
  
  To install the anchors, the procedure below shall be followed:
  
  a). identify the correct position where the anchor has to be placed;
  
  b). drill the borehole (diameter: 28 mm at least, min. depth: 210mm) through the PVC and geotextile membrane onto the substrate;
  
  c). remove a disk (diameter: approximately 120 mm) of geotextile and PVC membrane around the hole already done corresponding to the rigid flange diameter of the anchoring system;
  
  d). flush the hole with compressed air in order to remove dust, powder and loose or detaching part on the internal hole surface;
  
  e). fill the hole with chemical resin for structural loads making sure that the shank of the anchoring system is placed completely inside the borehole;
  
  f). get the heavy duty plastic collar into the borehole;
  
  g). in order to carry out the welding properly the PVC flange (black side) and the membrane surface around the hole shall be clean and free of dust;
  
  h). weld the PVC flange on the already installed PVC waterproofing membrane.
