High Density Fire-proof Rock Wool Insulation Board 


 

PENNINSU Rock wool fire barrier lamella is specially designed for the purpose of enhancing the fire rating of external thermal insulation system. It is made by cutting rock wool board into rock wool lamella. Our fire barrier lamella is mainly used with external thermal insulation materials of non grade A fire rating as a fire barrier in order to improve the fire rating of the external thermal insulation system. This product has the quality of high compression strength, high tensile strength, low water absorption, good dimensional stability, aging resistant, no thermal expansion or contraction etc.


Where to use it?

1,Being used with non-grade A fire rating insulation materials, like  polystyrene board(EPS), extruded plate(XPS),etc, as fire barrier to improve the fire rating of external thermal insulation system.
2,Being used in external thermal insulation composite system.As product's fiber is  perpendicular to substrate, the tensile strength and compression strength of the thermal insulation system is improved.
3,Can be used as core material for sandwich panel and in places that have high demand for fire-proof, water proof, sound insulation etc.

How to store it?

•  For the convenience of working and storage our product is packed with polyethylene heat shrinkable film. And should be stored in dry and ventilated room or in an open area covered with water-proof cover.
