Adhesive / Bonding agent for fleece backed PVC/TPO/EPDM rubber membrane
PENNBOND is a single-component, synthetic rubber-based adhesives , specially designed for bonding fleece backed PVC/TPO/EPDM rubber membrane on the approved substrates with horizontal or vertical application, rolling & brush application method will be approved.
Application
Compatible with approved insulations and cover boards, wood substrates, concrete, and light-weight concrete decks..
Pakacges & Storage & Shelf-life
18kg/pail, then packed into pallets;
Sealed and stored upside down in a cool and dry place, no fireworks and keep away from heat source;
Storage temperature between +15ºC- +35ºC;
Storage time is 12 months from manufactured date.
Installation notes
Adhesive will be stired evenly prior to application;
Substrate must keep clean, dry and free of any debris, grease or oil;
Bonding adhesives will be applied both the substrate and membrane, waiting for 3-10minutes, until reach to a tacky feel when touch the adhesives, then bonding membrane and substrate;
Application temperature above5ºC, will be forbidden at rainy day, foggy day or above 5 force windy day.
