Product Description

BITUFLAT is a kind flexible, polyester reinforced, UV-resistance multi-ply waterproofing cap sheet based on premium quality polymer bitumen compound modified, topside surfaced with colorful mineral slates, and underside surfaced with thermofusible PE film, torched-on or hot-air application should be approved. 

 

BlTUFLAT ML: Troch-on bitumen waterproof membrane with colorful mineral slates surface, commonly used for exposed roof waterproof
BITUFLAT PE: Torch-on bitumen waterproof membrane with PE film surface, commonly used for unexposed roof waterproof.
BITUFLAT AL: Torch-on bitumen waterproof membrane with aluminum foil surface, commonly used for exposed roof waterproof.
BITUFLAT SD: Torch-on bitumen waterproof membrane with fine sand surface, commonly used for basement, foundation and bridge deck project.

Installation Instructions

Widely used for all kinds exposed flat roofings: metal roofs, wooden roofs, concrete roof etc...
Wdiely used for road-bridge decks/basement etc underground waterproofing etc..

Application notes
The application temperature should be between 5° Cto 35° C,not allow to work at rainy day;
The substrate must be clean, firm and smooth, no dusty, oil and grease etc., remove the friable concrete and sharp objects, and do repairment for hollow area or cracks, should ensure the whole work surface reach to application requirements, and without water;
Brushed/sprayed PENNSKIN C601 water-based emulsified bitumen primer on to clean dry work surface. Should keep the primer to dry prior to the application of the membrane, which will improve the adhesion performance between the membrane and the concrete surface;
