PENNTECH is a kind of flexible, pre-applied, fully-adhered, multi-layer compound waterproof membrane composed of strong virgin HDPE sheet, premium quality pressure sensitive adhesives and weather resistance protective layer, the specially developed adhesive layer can keep continuous bond to post-poured concrete for underground structure waterproofing.

   PENNTECH PRE: membrane with sticky surface, commonly used for all vertical wall project.
   PENNTECH PRE-S: membrane with sand surface, commonly used for all kinds of base slab project.

Installation Instructions

   1. The underground floor of civil construction and the outer wall of the basement poured after vertical excavation;
   2. Open-cut tunnel and sunken road floor and exterior wall;
   3. Underground pipe gallery;
   4. Subway floor and exterior wall.
   1. Basic cleaning: remove and clean up the basic protrusions before waterproof construction;
   2. Lay the membrane: put the anti-stick layer of the membrane upward and empty on the cushion;
   3. Membrane lap joint: long side lap joint: remove the isolation film of the membrane lap edge and lap rolling directly;
   4. Short side bonding: special self-adhesive tape (single and double sides) is used for membrane bonding, and can also be welded;
   5. Follow-up construction: After the construction of the waterproof layer is completed, the reinforcement can be tied and the concrete can be poured.
