PENNFLEX is a kind of flexible, twin-color, weldable synthetic plastic waterproofing sheet based on premium quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), can be supplied in different colors, mechanical fastening, loosely laid and fully adhered application method should be approved.

   PENNFLEX PL: membrane backed with fleece, commonly used for green roof project.
   PENNFLEX PH: homogeneous membrane with twin color, commonly used for foundation and tunnelproject.
   PENNFLEX PP: membrane reinforced with polyester, commonly used for all kinds of exposed roofproject.

Installation Instructions

     1. The base must be clean, smooth and free of sharp objects to ensure acceptance.
     2. Construction process and fixation: Follow the process, including base cleaning, laying insulation board, PVC membrane prelaying, fastener fixing, hot air welding and joint strengthening treatment.
     3. Use hot air welding technology to ensure that a continuous waterproof layer is formed at the joint, and the strength of the welding joint is higher than that of the membrane. For complex parts, special PVC fittings are used for construction.
     4. Protection and acceptance: the membrane is temporarily fixed before the end of construction to prevent wind displacement. Finally, the system check and repair, and organize acceptance to ensure the construction quality.
