every moment since it's been built. Especially when water seeping into the
structure endangers block and cast work‐ through freeze/thaw action. Thus, a

PVC tunnel system history
Since 1969, PVC flexible membrane as waterproofing layer have been applied
into tunnel projects, and have got great success, gradually become more and
more popular, numerous successful waterproofing works were reported every
year with the flexible membrane used in underground tunnel construction.
Now, PVC tunnel waterproofing system have been improved over and over
again, no matter the technology , or related materials, or skiiled worker, all
make the whole tunnel project easy and perfect.
Why PENNFLEX PVC membrane
The main reason to use PVC memrbane is its good flexibility and the high
stretchability of over 300%. Good resistance to low temperatures, to aggressive
water, aging, as well being easily welded and repaired, and having good
mechanical and high tear strength are additional advantages.
The major advantages of the PVC membrane are, the very efficient and fast
application process and weldability characteristics and it can be laid and
welded on moist/wet areas; on the other hand it also allows insulation of
uneven substrates, which is a considerable advantage over other sheet
membranes.

MATERIALS DEFINITION
PENNFLEX PH1500/2000/2500/3000( 1.5mm/2.0mm/2.5mm/3.0mm)is not
reinforced PVC geomembrane, bi‐color(dark grey/yellow),yellow color act as
signal layer to prevent any mechanical damage, and 2.0m width will be easy
installation.
PENNTEXT GL300/400 (300g/400g geotextile)is white color, act as
protection for waterproofing layer, width can be 3.0m‐6.0m according to
application requirement.

PENNFLEX PH 1200(E) is a eco‐friendly, light glass fiber reinforced, multi‐layer, single‐ply
roofs waterproofing plastic sheet based on premium quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
containing ultraviolet light stabilizers, desgined for all kind of flat roofing project.
