STICKFLAT is a kind of flexible, cold application, reinforced with polyester mesh or non-reinforced polymermodified bituminous waterproof membrane based on premium guality SBS bituminous adhesive compoundtop side surfaced with a strong AL film, plastic film, fabric or mineral slates etc., and bottom side protectedwith removable release film, cold application method should be approved.


   STICKFLAT AL: membrane surfaced with aluminum foil, commonly used for exposed flat roof project.
   STICKFLAT HP: membrane surfaced with tough HDPE film, commonly used for unexposed roof, foundation and bridge deck project.
   STICKFLAT HM: membrane surfaced with cross-laminated HDPE film, commonly used for unexposedroof, foundation and bridge deck project.
   STICKFLAT LM: membrane reinforced with cross-laminated HDPE film, commonly used for unexposedroof, foundation and bridge deck project.
   STICKFLAT GF: membrane surfaced with woven or non-woven fabric, commonly used for unexposedroof, foundation and bridge deck project.

Installation Instructions

    1) Industrial and civil building roofing, underground, pool, tunnel, wooden and metal roofing.
    2) Especially in the chemical factory, garment factory, and granary.
    3) Tape can be used for sealing all construction material
    4) Waterproof treatment of structural construction joints, overlap sealing of polymer waterproof membrane.
Construction Method:
  1.Ensure all surface are clean,dry and dust-free. Remove any loose particles and any rust with a wire brush & soft broom.
  2.Roll out the membrane.
  3.Remove the backing paper and place the adhesive side to the previously prepared surface.
  4.To ensure a tight contact-smooth the tape down with a dry cloth, remocing all the air bubbles;
  5.Press the tape to the surface firmly once in position.
  6.Smooth flat all edages with a wallpaper roller or trowel.
  7.After use reseal pack and store upright in cool,dry condition.
