PENNSEAL Butyl tape series are high performance peel & stick waterproofing tapes designed for leakage sealing roofing detail treatment.
Made of butyl rubber and polyisobutylene, PENNSEAL self-adhesive butyl tapes can be easily to adapt to various substrate and be used for multi- purpose of sealing & waterproofing. 

   PENNSEAL butyl tape: butyl self-adhesive tape with aluminum foil surface/HDPE surface/Non-woven textile surface/granule surface.
    PENNSEAL flashing tape: EPDM/PIB surface with/without aluminum mesh flashing tape for roof tile/natural slate sealing /detail treatment

Installation Instructions

    1. The overlap between metal roofing sheets and gutter connections;
    2. RV roof repair and sealing, cars vibration absorbing;
    3. Roof tile, natural slate roof sealing & waterproofing;
    4. PC board, photovoltaic board and endurance board waterproofing & sealing.

      1. The base must be clean, smooth and free of sharp objects to ensure acceptance;
     2. Construction process and fixation: Follow the process process, including base cleaning, rusting/honeycomb area repairing; 
     3. Use acrylic based primer if the substrate condition is not good, peel off the release liner and stick tape onto substrate, press with force to make sure the initial bonding;
     4. Protection and acceptance: the temporary protection is required before the end of construction to prevent damage to installed tape. Finally, the system check and repair, and organize acceptance to ensure the construction quality.
